Remanufactured Turbos

This is the mainstay of our business. We have been remanufacturing turbos since we started and are truly experts in our field. We have refined the process to ensure that every unit is exactly as it should be.

We have a multi-stage remanufacturing process, where each stage can pick up any imperfections and then rectify them or scrap the unit. We remanufacture in large batches so are able to be selective and only put through units that pass our tight inspection criteria. This unfortunately means quite often we have to scrap something that some of our competitors might be tempted to re-use. Their method might keep their prices down, but our method keeps our quality up and we know which option our customers value more.

We have state of the art cleaning machinery from Vixen and Pangborn, which allows us to get the product finish perfect, giving the look and feel of a brand new turbo. This is important as it gives the technician confidence in the product and hopefully dispels any previous negative experience with remanufactured turbos.

We are leading the market and are working closely with parts manufacturers to develop the products that we reckon are going to be the most popular requests. Our Engineering team is constantly looking at innovation and creative solutions to get as broad a product range as we can.
